The Journey Begins
In 1997, TLC Learning Centre started in Jurong East with a strong purpose towards helping children develop confidence in achieving their best, with small class sizes, and accelerated learning programmes to prepare your child for academic excellence.
Over the years, it has been a most meaningful journey for our dedicated nurturers. Children from all walks of life have streamed in and have left being proud ambassadors of TLC!
